i almost thought of giving a good review until i noticed no outdoor sitting, which was such a miss. also, the lack of complimentary gestures was unacceptable for me. the room had plenty of tea and coffee, but who wouldn't expect a more personalized touch? a little recognition would go a long way, you know.

Just had a lovely 2-night stay! The place is super clean and cozy. Teresa and Mark are such down-to-earth hosts, always making sure we were comfy. Breakfast was top-notch, with fab fresh fruit and my jam fix! Only thing is, I wish there was more outdoor seating to relax. But honestly, can't wait to come back!

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, including wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff once helped me print important documents, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for your stay!
